Managing Partner
Ed Foley is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Tellemica. He co-founded the company in 2018 and has over 20 years experience in the telecommunication industry. Ed oversees Sales Operations, New Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Client Services. He has extensive experience with AT&T Systems, Mobility, IoT (Internet of Things), MDM (Mobile Device Management), and Customized Data Reporting, Project Management, and much more. While at AT&T, Ed was a top performer earning multiple awards such as AT&T Summits, Sell to Excel, Run Through the Warehouse, and more. His knowledge and skill set of the products and services is in the industry has always made him a leader in the organization.

Michael P. Lubragge

Managing Partner
With over 20 years of experience in the Telecom Industry, Mike has served multiple carriers in an assortment of both sales and management roles with a focus on delivering custom solutions to his business clients. For 13 years, Mike sold AT&T Integrated Solutions in the Global, Mid-Market, Government, & Small Business Verticals. He prides himself on the long term partnerships that he has built with his clients. In 2018, Mike began a new venture with his business partner, Ed Foley, as an AT&T Solution Partner with a focus on delivering custom solutions to their business clients. Tellemica’ s goal is to provide an all-encompassing support from the prospecting stage through the implementation of an AT&T Sales Solution. In addition, Tellemica supports their client’s day to day management of the service. Mike currently resides in Downingtown, Pa with his wife Sarah of 11 years along with their three children. Mike is also a loyal Philadelphia Sports supporter.

Known around the office a Senior, Michael T. brings over 40 years of business service expertise to our organization. As a Director of Business Development, Michael was responsible for the sales and marking effort a Fortune 500 pharmacy software company. Michael has designed, implemented and lead Project Management Offices (PMO), for over 30 years. He has managed several, large multi-faceted IT projects; the complexity of such efforts ranged from the routine to the most complex enterprise transformation initiatives. He has experience in corporate systems/ERP, Software Development /SaaS, infrastructure, HA/DR, Telecom, Data Conversion, Web, and Security, Compliance, and Legal initiatives. Along with his other Tellemica team members, Michael’s focus is on customer experience and satisfaction.


Joe Piccolino

Senior Account Executive

Joe is an optimistic and enthusiastic sales professional with over 30 years of experience as a sales executive and sales manager in telecommunications/security solutions. He is skilled at developing the right action plan for each of his client’s unique needs and committed to helping them choose the best products. Throughout his career, Joe has earned the trust of several regional and local companies and maintained strong client relationships that generate repeat business. He attributes his success to his ability to listen to customers and put their needs first.


Sarah Lubragge - Tellemica Team Member

Sales Support

Sarah has been working in the Telecom industry since 2001 in a variety of different roles. She started her career as a Nextel & Cingular Reseller focused on selling to business clients in Montgomery County, Pa before moving to Verizon Wireless in 2002. She worked in the Verizon Wireless Retail segment for 5 years before moving into the Business Channel in 2007 as a Direct Seller and Business Sales Coordinator. Sarah started with Tellemica in 2019 handling the back office ordering and ticket support and specializes in bulk orders and customer deployments.


Adrian Smith - Tellemica Team Member

Business Development

Tellemica welcomes the addition of Adrian Smith as Business Development Manager to the Solution Partner Practice. Adrian brings with him 30 plus years experience in Telecom and IT Solution design and delivery. He most recently retired from AT&T Business Sales after 28.5 years during which he successfully Managed Global Client Executive Relationships, led Solution identification and design efforts and negotiated multi year contracts on a 30M Account module. His most recent role was Client Solutions Executive. Adrian possesses significant Product and Process knowledge across the AT&T Product Portfolio including SIP(IP Toll Free and IP Flexible Reach), Unified Communications as a Service, Call Center Solutions, MPLS, SD-WAN, Internet, Ethernet based services and technology transformation amongst those services. Adrian was a key team member in closing one of the largest Firstnet Utility deployments in the Region streamlining IT vendors, improving field communications and upgrading Field hardware. He has a unique consultative approach to solution design and delivery having sat on the client side early in his career as well as spending many successful years on the carrier side of the business. Adrian is a 5 time winner of Gold Club trips and a multi year winner of Sell to Excel Sales Award trips. Adrian is married and has 3 adult children.

After 20+ successful years in the insurance industry, Tracy switched career paths and moved to Tellemica as a Deployment Specialist. His unique personality and outgoing demeanor make him the ideal fit for Tellemica’ s clients. He travels the U.S. spending multiple days on site supporting local IT Teams in rolling out new mobile devices.

Celina Rothwell is an experienced professional who brings more than 15 years of telecom experience to her current role as Office Manager for Tellemica. She joined the Tellemica team in December 2020 to manage the day-to-day administrative functions and serves as a liaison between clients and our sales team”
